B-2, Wording on package is written in Japanese. I had a little trouble holding them as have arthritic hands. For very light duty use-these are more like snips in my opinion. Photo on the package looks like they are being used to cut grapes.

UPC 17, Shears have minimal usage. Spring loaded. I would not use these for anything thick like stalks or twigs example. I used them to trim leaves off my houseplants like African violet's, small aloe, inch plants etc.
